How to Order Online

1. Browse FreshOn.in for products in respective Category or select All Products, 2. Add items to your cart, 3. Change or edit the quantity of the products in cart page, 4. Sign in or Create an account with us, 5. Provide your delivery address, 6. Select suitable payment option(Card on delivery, credit card, debit card, Net banking, Paytm, Cash on delivery), 7. Your products will be delivered at your doorsteps.

Is there a minimum order value?

NO, you are free to order as per your requirement, even the smallest orders also be treated equally However, we request you to share your complete monthly grocery requirement in a go, which would save time and natural energy as well.

When can I get my groceries delivered?

You can get your groceries delivered within the time slot of delivery available. However we request you to give us ample time to Freshly pack / flour / quality check and dispatch accordingly.

Can I get delivery the same day?

Yes, you can get delivery at the same day, if it placed before 9am and if its near by area or if any other scheduled orders at your locality. However we request you to give us ample time to Freshly pack / flour / quality check and dispatch accordingly.

What is the home delivery fee?

We are not so commercial to charge for Delivery :-) FREE DELIVERY But, we just request you to place an order in an advance, so that we can find other near by orders to accumulate and delivery all together, which would help us manage the transportation expenses. avoid Traffic troubles to others and even environment pollution :-)

Do you deliver to my area?

Yes, we covered almost Bangalore like Nagarabhavi, Kengeri, Sunkadakatte, Vijayanagar, Chandralayout, Jayanagar, JP Nagar, HSR Layout, Bommanahalli, Hebbal, Yelahanka, Malleshwaram, Basavershwaranagar, Yeshwanthapur, Mahalakshmi Layout, Nandini Layout, Sheshadripuram. We are more than happy to cover the other localities in Bengaluru if sizable orders

Can I place a delivery order for someone else?

Yes, you can order for your dear and near ones :-) Request you to provide there details including Google Map location for easy to reach.

What if the weather is bad? Will my order still be delivered?

Yes, your order will still be delivered; only in the worst conditions your orders wonโ€™t be delivered. At that point of time our customer care people will call you and inform.

What if I receive my grocery shopping and delivery order and realize that I ordered the wrong item or I receive an item I didn't order?

Complete customer satisfaction is our number one goal. Along with your grocery order, we give you the actual receipt so you are able to make returns or exchanges while delivery. We will make it right by returning or exchanging the product for you, or arranging credit on that or a future order.

What if I am not happy with an item in my grocery shopping and delivery order?

We are so confident that you won't return or unhappy with our services and products, being every product has its own history to in our processing method. However, If any reason, you are dissatisfied with an item, you may return the item with the receipt that we provide to you. NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNS :-) We will reimburse you or adjust you at next delivery bill.

What if I am not getting the same product which I ordered?

We always try to keep the stock available, Being its natural grown, availability may be changes. If any such we provide you the alternate product. if you are not happy with an alternate, you can return it. corresponding price will be waived off from the bill amount.

What if any product I get is not within the specified expiry date?

We do rigorous check on quality and expiry dates before dispatch. We insist customers also to check on expiry dates from your end. In the very unlikely event, the product amount will be credited in your account and the particular product to be returned to us for taking corrective actions on high priority.

What if I get two 500 Gms pack instead of one 1 Kg pack / one 1 Kg pack instead of two 500 Gms?

We try follow your order as it is, if in case The product can be returned, it will not be charged.

What if any package is broken during transit?

Our Commitment 100% Free Delivery with 0% Transits Damages. We take at most care to avoid delivery damages. If in case, The product can be returned, it will not be charged.

What if there is a leakage of oil / liquid items inside the pack of items?

Return the entire pack. We will supply you the materials during the next delivery slot available.

What if the quality of items is not good?

We Offer What We Use & What We Love :-) We are sure you like our products, that's what you are looking at RETURN the specific item which doesn't meet your quality expectation. We will take your feedback and work for an improvement of quality of the items

What if I am not available at the time of delivery?

In case of your unavailability at the time of delivery, we will call you for an alternate place if its near by or time of next delivery if its near by. If the call is not attended / the alternate place is not provided by you, the items will be taken back. On the subsequent delivery, delivery charges will be added to your bill. Request you to be available on the scheduled delivery or select the schedule whenever you or behalf are available

How long will the delivery person wait outside your house during the delivery slot?

As like you, we respect all the customers and there time, so we may not have much time to wait which may effect the other continuous customer like you in next delivery Request your's or behalf availability :-)
